The invention relates to the use of human cell lines for the production, on an industrial scale, of heterologous proteins, more particularly of therapeutic interest, after genetic manipulation of their coding sequence and insertion into an appropriate vector. Cell lines are non-tumor lymphoblastoid lines immortalized by EBV. The invention also relates to the construction of the integrative type vector plasmid comprising an expression cassette designed to promote optimal expression of heterologous DNA sequences in lymphoblastoid cells. |
