New compounds of formula (I), where A represents -CH = CH-B; -C = C-B; - (CH2) p-X-B, where p is between 0 and 2 and X represents a bond, -NH-, or -S (O) 0-2-; optionally substituted heteroaryl or benzoic fusion heteroaryl; -COB; or (Ia), where k is between 1 and 2; D represents B '- (CH2) mC (O) -, where m is between 1 and 5; B '- (CH2) q-, where q is between 2 and 6; B '- (CH2) eZ- (CH2) r-, where Z represents -O-, -C (O) -, phenylene, -NR8- or -S (O) 0-2-, e is between 0 and 5 and r is between 1 and 5, provided that the sum of e and r is between 1 and 6; B '- (alkenylene) -; B '- (alkadienylene) -; B '- (CH2) t-Z- (alkenylene), where t is between 0 and 3, provided that the sum of t and the number of carbon atoms in the alkenylene chain is between 2 and 6; B '(CH2) f-V- (CH2) g-, where V represents cycloalkylene, f is between 1 and 5 and g is between 0 and 5, provided that the sum of f and g is between 1 and 6; B '- (CH2) tV- (alkenylene) or B- (alkenylene) -V- (CH2) t-, provided that the sum of t and the number of carbon atoms in the alkenylene chain is between 2 and 6 ; B '- (CH2) a-Z- (CH2) b-V- (CH2) d-, where a, b and d are between 0 and 6, provided that the sum of a, b and d is between 0 and 6; T- (CH2) s-, where T represents cycloalkyl and s is between 1 and 6; optionally substituted naphthylmethyl or heteroarylmethyl; B represents optionally substituted phenyl; B 'represents naphthyl, optionally substituted heteroaryl or optionally substituted phenyl; R represents hydrogen, fluoro, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or B- (CH2) h-, where h is between 0 and 3; R4 represents indanyl, benzofuranyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, pyridyl, pyrazinyl, pyrimidinyl, quinolyl or optionally substituted phenyl.
