abstract |
A mixture of dietary fibers contains, by weight, 5% to 50% of a soluble and fermentable dietary fiber; 5% to 20% of a soluble and non-fermentable dietary fiber; 45% to 80% of an insoluble and non-fermentable dietary fiber. Preferably, the dietary fiber which is soluble and fermentable is gum arabic; the soluble and non-fermentable dietary fiber is sodium carboxymethylcellulose; the insoluble and non-fermentable dietary fiber is oat husk fiber. |
