The invention relates to heat-sealable plastic films KF for sealing closure of containers, built up from at least two layers adhering to one another, a substrate layer T being built up from an impact-resistant polystyrene resin (PS) and another sealing layer S - adhering to the substrate layer T - being built up from 20 to 100% by weight of a copolymer P consisting of: p1) 20 to 90% by weight of methyl methacrylate and/or ethyl methacrylate p2) 10 to 80% by weight of at least one monomer of the formula I: <IMAGE> in which R1 represents an alkyl radical with 3 to 24 carbon atoms and p3) 0 to 10% by weight, preferably 1 to 8% by weight, of a monomer which is copolymerisable with the monomers p1) and p2) and is different from the monomers p1) and p2), the monomers p1), p2) and p3) totalling 100% by weight. |
