The compounds of formula (A) where X is -CH2-, -O- or -S-, m is between 1 and 3, n is between 1 and 2 and R1 is hydrogen, C1 to C4 alkyl, aryl or aryl replaced by one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, nitro, cyano, C1 to C10 alkyl, halosubstituted alkyl C1 to C10, C1 to C6 alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl the fraction of which alkoxy comprises from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, aminocarbonyl, alkylaminocarbonyl in which the alkyl fraction comprises from 1 to 10 carbon atoms and dialkylaminocarbonyl in which each of the alkyl fractions comprises from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and their pharmaceutically salts acceptable, inhibit enzymatic lipoxygenase and are used for the treatment of allergies, inflammations and cardiovascular disorders in which lipoxygenase plays a role. These compounds constitute the active principle of pharmaceutical compositions intended for treating these disorders. |
