An easily regeneratable printed thermoplastic resin product is provided by printing it with a specific radiation-curing ink composition and curing the printed ink with radiation to form a cured ink film thereon. n The ink composition comprises a vehicle mixture containing :n (A) an ingredient selected from the group consisting of a skeletal linear polyester oligomer having 1 to 10 double bonds in a molecule and a polymer of the oligomer, (B) an ingredient selected from the group consisting of a double bond-containing carboxylic acid wherein the acid has at least one acidic group which is capable of forming a water-soluble alkali metal salt in a molecule, a carboxylic ester of the acid and a carboxylic amide of the acid, (C) a double bond-containing polycarboxylic ester, having 2 to 10 acidic groups which are capable of forming an alkali metal salt which will swell with water absorption, (D) an ingredient selected from the group consisting of a fluorinated double bond-containing carboxylic ester wherein the fluorine component is oriented on the surface of a coplymer or polymer to give water-repellency, a block copolymer which comprises a surface-oriented and water-repellent fluorinated alkyl group-containing polymer segment and a (meth)acrylic polymer segment, and a block copolymer which comprises a surface-oriented and water-repellent siloxane group-containing polymer segment and a (meth)acrylic polymer segment, (E) a double bond-containing polycarboxylic ester, and (F) an ingredient selected from the group consisting of a double bond-containing monocarboxylic ester and its amide, wherein the acid value of the vehicle mixture is from 5 to 100. n The ink is useful in displaying and decorating trade names, designs, explanatory notes, bar code, etc. on specific thermoplastic products and the cured ink film is easily detachable with an aqueous alkali solution. |
