| abstract | Dispenser intended for the intranasal administration of one or more biologically active substances. This dispenser comprises a bottle (2) containing a propellant under pressure, at least one conduit (10) connecting a nozzle (9) to the bottle (2), and a valve (3) which closes the passage located between the bottle (2 ) and the end piece (9). The valve (3) comprises a system (6) which opens the valve by contact with the nose when the tip (9) is introduced into a nostril. The biologically active substance is placed in the conduit (10) and under the effect of the propellant the latter exits through the tip (9) and enters the nostril when the valve (3) is stressed by contact with the nose at the level of the opening system (6). Preferably, two end pieces are provided so that the latter are introduced simultaneously into the two nostrils, and the opening system (6) of the valve is placed between the two end pieces so that it is actuated by the septum of the nostrils when the nozzles are introduced into the latter. |
