abstract | ATP extraction reagent containing ammonium vanadate to extract ATP from somatic tumor cells without rupturing the cell membrane. An amount of Ammonium Vanadate of between 2.6 and 4.6 millimoles makes it possible to stabilize the ATP extracted. The use of the ATP extraction reagent containing Ammonium Vanadate in the bioluminescence reaction method to determine the efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents against dissociated tumor cells constitutes an overall improvement of the method. |
