titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELLULOSIC MOLDED BODIES AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD.
abstract In order to manufacture molded cellulosic elements, a solution of cellulose in an amino tertiary oxide is hot molded. The molded solution is introduced into a precipitation bath in order to precipitate the cellulose contained, the hot molded solution being cooled before being introduced into the precipitation bath. The cooling takes place immediately after molding and preferably consists of blowing air horizontally on the cellulosic molded elements. According to the invention, the process makes it possible to spin the cellulose solution with a high compactness of the threads, without the threads sticking to each other after having left the die. This process also allows, despite the high compactness of the threads, to leave a large air gap between the die and the precipitation bath, which thus gives sufficient time during the spinning process, to influence the textile characteristics of the wires by drawing at the outlet of the die.
