abstract The invention relates to reagents and other means for screening and visualizing cardiovascular lesions such as atherosclerosis, blood clots such as thrombi and emboli, myocardial infactants and infarctions of other organs. Conjugates of monospecific antibody display agents specific to one type of leukocyte as well as conjugates of multispecific antibody display agents specific to at least one other type of leukocyte and fibrin, antigen-associated antigens myosin or platelets, are used in the context of the present invention. The present invention also relates to conjugates of multispecific antibody display agents specific to at least two different antigens chosen from the group consisting of antigens associated with fibrin, myosin and platelets.
