An insecticide for noxious insects which scarcely inflicts unfavorable effects on any creatures except noxious insects, causes little environmental pollution, and does not permit insects to generate resistance to the insecticide following the use thereof, whereby positive extermination of noxious insects can be ensured for a long term. The insecticide of this invention, for achieving the above object, includes powdery zeolite and exterminating materials (41, 42 and 43) consisting of the zeolite powders which contain material smaller in grain diameter than a distance P between body hairs (3) of the insect to be exterminated. |
