abstract | The invention relates to derivatives of hydroxamic acid intended to serve as medicaments and represented by formula (1), or to a salt, a solvate or a hydrate of these derivatives. In formula (1), R1 represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, or - (CH2) nA-R4, where n is between 0 and 6, A represents a bond or a heteroatom of oxygen or sulfur and R4 represents an optionally substituted aryl or an optionally substituted heteroaryl group; R2 represents C3-6 alkyl; and R3 represents - (CH2) pX- (CH2) q-, where p represents an integer between 1 and 9, q represents an integer between 2 and 10, and the fraction - (CH2) p- is adjacent to the carbon atom marked with an asterisk in formula (1), and X represents -NR5- where R5 is chosen from hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkanoyl, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl and aryl, aralkyl or aralkyloxycarbonyl , in each of which the aryl fraction is optionally substituted. |
