abstract | The plant treatment agent in the form of an aq. soln. or liq. emulsion/suspension contains at least one biocide as active ingredient and auxilliaries such as surfactants, solvents and opt. emulsifiers in known concns. and 50g to 1kg of an accelerator per hectare in the spray broth or a 0.01-1% soln. of the accelerator in the spray broth. The accelerator is of formula (I), Me-(CH2)n-O-(CH2CH2O)m-H, (ii) and/or (II) R1OOC-(CH2)p-COOR2, n is 6-12; m is 0-8; R1, R2 and R3 are each 1-8C alkyl; and p is 4-10. Pref. the active ingredient in a fungicide, insecticide, herbicide or growth promotor. Pref. 50-500g accelerator are used per hectare in a spray broth or a 0.01-0.1% soln. of accelerator is used in the spray broth. Pref. accelerators are (I; n is 6-8 and m is 0-4). |
