titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUBCUTANEOUS CAPSULES.
abstract Method of manufacturing subcutaneous capsules, according to which lengths of a silicone tube are cut longer than the finished capsules. These lengths are arranged in rows, each of which comprises a predetermined number of lengths, then they are filled and closed. One end of each capsule is closed with glue introduced into its opening. The constituent material of the capsules is dosed by a perforated disc mounted to slide on a flat surface. By scanning the upper surface of the disc, the dosing volume can be limited to the volume defined by the hole. In order to regulate the packaging density of the material, vibrations can be applied during the filling of the holes. The metered material is brought to the capsule via a feed funnel into which a helical spring serving as a filling spring is introduced and intended to be introduced into the capsule to be filled.
