Granular material '' T '' containing an enzyme, which is coated with a coating agent comprising a fat or a wax with high melting point, which is used as a component in a mixture, the latter being able to be very useful of fodder if it is pre-treated with steam and then transformed into granules. The process for producing a pellet fodder consists in steam treating a mixture of fodder components and granular material "T" containing an enzyme, which is coated with a coating agent comprising a fat or a wax with a high melting point, then transforming said mixture into granules. The stability of the enzyme, during the transformation into granules, is thus considerably improved, compared to the processes and uses known to date. |
