abstract |
Rapid and direct analysis for detecting a virus comprising a characteristic enzyme in clinical samples, according to which (1) the sample is brought into contact, in a solution, with a substrate intended for the enzyme and which comprises a chromogen which can be segmented from the substrate by the enzyme, and a precipitation agent which reacts with the chromogen released to form a precipitate; (2) the solution is filtered in order to concentrate the precipitate, and (3), the concentrated precipitate is observed in order to visually detect the characteristic color of the chromogen. |
