Improved non-stick coating systems are applied to a smooth untreated substrate with a first layer of a first polytetrafluoroethylene having a hot viscosity greater than 105 Pa Sec, plus a second polytetrafluoroethylene having a hot viscosity in the range between 102 and 107 Pa Sec, the hot viscosity of the first polytetrafluoroethylene being at least 102 Pa Sec greater than that of the second polytetrafluoroethylene in order to obtain a concentration gradient. |
