titleOfInvention Calibration reflector device for an optical measuring system
abstract Calibration reflector device for calibrating an optical measuring system with an optical fiber probe, for example for measuring the oxygen saturation of blood. The calibration reflector device comprises a housing 12 which is open on one side, a reflecting device in the form of an opaque layer 14 in which reflecting particles are embedded, and a positioning plug 11 with a central bore in which the optical fiber probe 10 can be received with a certain frictional resistance. Between the front end of the light guide probe 10 and the reflecting layer 14 there is a transparent disk 13, on the surface of which the front end of the light guide probe 10 can be brought into contact with the plug 11.
