Dispersion preparation |
abstract |
A liquid dispersion preparation mainly comprising amphotericin B, wherein the particle diameter is 10 µm or less and amphotericin B itself is persistently dispersed in water and which is substantially free from any dispersion aid. This preparation is effective in reducing toxicity and makes intravenous administration of amphotericin B possible. |
