Pseudopeptides corresponding to the formula (alpha) in which AA1 represents an arginyl residue; AA2 represents a fundamental amino acid residue, a neutral / non-aromatic amino acid residue or a proline residue, or else represents an N-alkylated form (1-6 C) of such a residue; AA3 represents an aspartic acid or a glutamic acid in which the remaining carboxyl group can be esterified by alkyl (1-6 C), or an alanine residue; AA4 represents a neutral / non-aromatic amino acid residue; AA5 represents a neutral / aromatic amino acid residue in which one or more hydrogen atoms of its aromatic part can be substituted by NO2 or halogen, or represents a neutral / non-polar / large / non-aromatic amino acid residue, or alternatively the form N-alkylated (1-6 C) of such a residue; R represents an acyl (1-6 C), arylsulfonyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylalkylsulfonyl, or alkoxycarbonyl residue; and R1 represents -OH, -NR2R3 or -OR4, R2 and R3 each representing hydrogen or an alkyl group (1-6 C), and R4 representing an alkyl group (1-6 C). In said formula at least one of the I-IV bonds is a modified peptide bond -COCH2-, -CH (OH) CH2- or else -CH2NH-, and the remaining bonds are -CONH- or -CON (CH3) -. |
