titleOfInvention One-piece spinner assembly
abstract The invention relates to an assembly comprising a cap, a die and a discharge nozzle and intended for use with a liquid dispensing device such as a trigger vaporizer. The die assembly can be mounted externally on the discharge nozzle and comprises an annular chamber (32) which surrounds a central column (38) provided with a swirl chamber (44) at its top. The central column (38) includes longitudinal grooves (42) which communicate with tangential grooves (46) of an annular wall (45) defining the swirl chamber (44). Openings (40) are provided in the bottom of the annular chamber (32) so that the pressurized liquid passes through these openings (40) to flow into the annular chamber (32), the speed of flow of the liquid being reduced, and then along the longitudinal grooves (42), then, via the tangential grooves (46) in the swirl chamber (44). A cap variably contacts the discharge nozzle and has at least one central projection (51) on the inner side of its front face, and preferably an annular groove (52) formed by an outer projection (53) surrounding the central projection (51). The central projection (51) can, in a reversible manner, come to hermetically press against the bottom and / or the annular wall (45) of the swirl chamber (44) and the annular groove (52) can come to seal the annular wall (45).
