titleOfInvention | Preparation process of siccatives for fluid coating materials; siccatives and use thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for incorporating a solvent-free finely divided siccative into a liquid coating material which contains an oxidatively drying binder. The object of the invention is to find a process and to provide an active substance which allow siccatives to be incorporated into a coating material without solvents and other undesired accompanying substances, but nevertheless fully effectively. In order to achieve this object, the invention proposes that the siccative, before incorporation into the coating material, is adducted onto solid particles serving as carrier and to be incorporated into the coating material, and that the active substance formed in this way is mixed into the liquid constituents of the coating material. |
