The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), in which SP denotes a spacer sequence, Z denotes a valence bond, one of the groups (a) or (b), NH or S; A denotes hydrogen, hydroxyl or amino substituted, where appropriate, by lower alkyl; alk denotes a straight or branched alkyl chain having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R7 denotes hydrogen or lower alkyl, as well as their pharmacologically harmless salts, their production process and medicaments containing these compounds useful for treating osteoporosis. |
