Variable reluctance linear servomotor |
abstract |
The invention relates to a linear motor with variable reluctance.n n n The motor comprises an electromagnet formed by a carcass (1) and by a winding (11) around a movement path, a magnetic part (17) movable in the direction of movement mechanically guided so as to have a single degree of freedom with respect to the carcass (1), under the effect of the force exerted by the electromagnet. A detector circuit (3) is formed by a sensor for inductive or capacitive measurement of the instantaneous value of the air gap (18) and delivers a signal sd representative of the displacement of the mobile magnetic part (17). A subtractor circuit (4) receives a displacement control signal e and the signal sd representative of the displacement to deliver an error signal ε of displacement of the mobile magnetic part (17). A current amplifier circuit CAC receives the error signal ε and delivers a supply current to the winding (11). A return element of the movable magnetic part exerts on it a return force opposite to the force exerted by the electromagnet. The return element (28) can be mechanical or constituted by a counter-magnet.n n n Application to the production of linear motors with variable reluctance for the compensation of periodic machine vibrations or for the production of sound vibration transducers. |
