abstract The invention describes a closing device (10) for a flexible holder (34) and a holder (34) with at least one such closing device (10), the holder having at least two compartments (38, 40) for different liquids and the at least one closing device (10) being provided sealingly in the sealing strip (58') between said compartments (38, 40) for the production of a fluid connection between said compartments (38, 40). The closing device (10) has two elements (12, 14) which are joined to each other in articulated fashion by means of a film hinge (16). One element (12) is allocated to the compartment (38) and made with a passage (24) which is sealed in the neighbourhood of the film hinge (16) by a membrane (26). The second element (14) is allocated to the adjacent, second compartment (40) and designed with at least one spur (28) in the vicinity of the film hinge (16), with which spur the membrane (26) can be pierced and opened when the second element (14) is pivoted about the film hinge (16) in the direction of the first element (12). <IMAGE>
