abstract | According to the method, at least one antifungal agent from the imidazole family is inserted into a non-ionic amphiphilic lipid phase which can form, by dispersion in an aqueous phase and in a known manner, vesicles consisting of lamellar layers and encapsulating an aqueous phase. One or more fatty double-chain lipids are selected to act as non-ionic amphiphilic lipid(s) and the vesicular phase pH is adjusted before dispersion to a value of 6-8 by means of at least one base. |
