These infracellular vesicular vectors which include metabolic ligands capable of expressing themselves inside and outside their structure, are of specific affinity for fibroblasts whose membrane composition, modified by the introduction of metabolic ligands, results in modulation of synthesis activity of the target cell.n n n They are chosen from vesicles, capsules or artificial spheres with a diameter which can range from 30 to 1000 nanometers, used to incorporate an active substance either in an aqueous medium filling the interior volume of the vector or in the very wall of said vector then to transport this active substance to a site where it will be released and used for different purposes.n n n The active ingredients are encapsulated at concentrations varying from 0.01% to 2% (10⁻⁵) 10⁻²) relative to the total lipid phase.n n n The metabolic ligands are chosen from initiators (fatty esters of ascorbic acid) and modulators of cell synthesis (collagen hydrolyzate palmitate, fatty esters of hydroxyproline) endowed with lipophilic function or radical by acylation.n n n They find applications in cosmetic compositions intended for the firming of the skin tissue, in the treatment of small hard scars and fine lines, and in causing a strengthening of the epithelial layer as well as in medicinal compositions intended for increasing the synthesis of collagenases with a view to resorbing the fibrous tissues dense in collagen I or the keloids, as well as in orienting the synthesis of collagen towards a particular structure such as collagens I and III.n n n Finally, they apply to the production of culture media for the production of peptides from the extracellular matrix and for the production of peptides with enzymatic activity. |
