2.1. Fermentative production of amino acids for animal feed supplement purposes is a complex process since only a few percent of the amino acid is present in the fermentation broth. Drying the raw fermentation broth and using it as such usually led to clumpy sticky products or to products with too low a supplement amino acid content. The new animal feed supplement and manufacturing process are intended to provide an inexpensive, not excessively hygroscopic or sticky supplement amino acid, the content of which should be standardized.n n n 2.2. The animal feed supplement is based on a fermentation broth and contains the majority of its ingredients, possibly excluding some of the biomass. The biomass is preferably at most 10% by weight i. d. T. before. Proteins are preferably max. 10% by weight. For the production, the sugar content at least towards the end of the fermentation is max. 4 g / l and, if necessary, at least part of the biomass is separated off during processing.n n n 2.3. Supplementation or production of animal feed or premixes, especially with lysine. |
