A process for the production of composite bodies, consisting of a core of optionally foamed polyurethane A and a sheath consisting of a polyurethane B, the core being adjusted in a molding tool so that there is a medium distance between the surface of the core and the inner wall of the mold of at least 0.5 mm and the reaction mixture which reacts to form polyurethane B is filled from a) a polyisocyanate component, b) a polyol component and, if appropriate, c) the customary auxiliaries and additives into the space between the core and the inner wall of the mold, with b) as the polyol component is used for which the carbon / oxygen weight ratio is at least 2.5: 1. |
