abstract Formulation of additives for engine fuels comprising at least one component (A) and at least one component (B), said component (A) consisting of at least one composition comprising the products resulting from the reaction of at least one dicarboxylic compound ( D), the carboxylic functions of which are separated by at most 6 carbon atoms, on at least one glycol or polyoxyalkylene glycol monoether (E) of general formula (I): R¹-O- (R²-O) n -H in which R¹ represents a hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, R² represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having from 2 to 6 carbon atoms and n is a number from 1 to 60; and said component (B) consisting of at least one detergent-dispersant product. This formulation preferably further comprises a component (C) selected from the group formed by mineral or synthetic lubricating oils and fuel-soluble polyglycols. Use as multifunctional additives for fuels used in internal combustion engines, in particular for those used in spark ignition engines.
