abstract |
This invention enables the surface of a molded product to exhibit a soft touch by sticking a coating sheet having a soft touch to the surface of the molded product. A coating film having a soft touch can easily be formed on even a product rugged or curved at the surface thereof. This coating sheet is provided with a layer soft to touch which is composed of resin composition containing mainly at least one kind selected from a group constituted of elastic beads and inorganic porous material and urethan resin. Said sheet is introduced into the metallic mold so that resin may be molded therein, whereby a product having a soft feeling can be obtained. The coating sheet is high in ductility and will not break when being molded. |
