A microfluidic structure comprises first and second substantially planar and stable base layers (1, 2), and an intermediate separation layer (3) made of an elastic material, said separation layer (3) being set back for delimiting a microcavity or a system of channels (4) with at least one of said first and second base layers. The structure is produced by molding the separation layer, optionally applied to or incorporated into the first base layer (2), in a planar mold, and the microcavity or the channel system is formed by applying a second base layer (1) and optionally said first base layer (2) on the separation layer (3). |
