Fire protection gels based on amine salts of acidic phosphates are characterized in that they contain an aluminum component, a phosphorus component, an amine component and optionally water in such proportions that they form a flowable mixture at 5 to 30 ° C for more than 24 hours and when heated to a transparent gel at temperatures above 45 ° C in less than 24 hours. In addition to other applications, such fire protection gels are particularly suitable for the production of laminated glass structures with a fire protection effect. |
