titleOfInvention ANTI-CORROSIVE MICROBICIDES.
abstract The invention relates to a stable, transportable microbicidal solution having improved anticorrosive properties. This solution consists of a two-part system, the first of which contains a mixture of acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid and water, called for more concise peroxide and peracid solution, and the second of which contains water in which a wetting agent is dissolved, such as preferably Victawet R 35B which is the reaction product of sodium hydroxide of an alifatic alcohol and a phosphorous pentoxide. Three other Victawet R agents were found to be functional. Alternatively, Fluorad TM FC95, which is an agent for post potassium perfluoroalkyl sulfonates, can be used. This microbicide can also consist of a single-component system, premixed, which contains the anticorrosive agents described in the invention.
