The subject of the invention is the products of general formula (I): syn isomer, in R or S form or of an R, S mixture, formula in which: R ₁ represents either a heterocyclic radical, either a radical -S-Het, X represents a single bond or a C = C radical in E or Z form, R b and R c represent a hydrogen atom or an acyl group, A and A ′ represent a hydrogen atom, a base equivalent, or the remainder of an easily cleavable ester group or CO ₂ A represents CO ₂ ⊖ as well as the salts of the products of formula (I) with mineral acids or organic.n n n These products have interesting properties which justify their use in antibiotic therapy. |
