titleOfInvention Probe card for testing apparatus of chips
abstract The present invention relates to a ring for holding a circular daughter card (32) plugged into a mother board (30), comprising: an internal vertical thread screwed onto an external thread secured to the mother board (30); and a bottom comprising a cylindrical recess in which the daughter card (32) is housed, coaxial with the thread and of depth substantially equal to the thickness of the daughter card (32). The ring comprises in its bottom, around the recess, through vertical axes, (42) each comprising at one end at the bottom, an eccentric part (44), each axis being able to be brought manually to a first position where its eccentric part partially obstructs the recess by holding the daughter card (32) without clamping it in the recess, or at a second position where its eccentric part does not keep the daughter card in the recess.
