titleOfInvention COUNTERLOCKED CONTROL.
abstract The invention relates to a multifunction interface circuit, by means of which the control current which actuates an electromagnetically driven shutter actuator (12) for a camera can be determined with precision over the entire duration of the sequence. actuation of the shutter (opening, holding in position and closing). This interface circuit includes a clock signal counter, which consists of a set of counting circuits associated with respective components of the waveform of the drive current of the shutter actuator. These counting circuits are validated sequentially to allow counting of the clock signals generated by a clock signal generator. Counting circuits produce output signals as a function of a set of relationships among the numbers of clock signals counted and as a function of a set of camera shutter control codes representative of the dimension desired shutter opening and shutter speed. A control circuit is coupled to the clock signal counter to control the generation of the respective components of the actuator drive current, based on the output signals produced by the clock signal counting circuit.
