New 6-substituted steroids with a thioethyl group in the 10 position, a process for their preparation and intermediates therefor, their use as medicines and pharmaceutical compositions thereof |
abstract |
The subject of the invention is the products of general formula (I): n<IMAGE>n in which n n the substituent R represents an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl radical having not more than 4 carbon atoms, n Y represents an oxygen atom or a residue: n<IMAGE>n in which R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl radical, n n represents an integer from 0 to 2, n D represents an oxygen atom or a residue n<IMAGE>n n A and B together form an alpha epoxide functional group, or with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, a second bond between these carbons. n n<??>These products possess advantageous pharmacological properties which justify their use as medicinal products. |
