abstract |
A method for producing highly concentrated aqueous solutions of specific cationic azo dyes is described. The solutions are prepared by diazotizing a diazo component in sulfuric acid solution, coupling with a coupling component, allowing the resulting azo dye to act on a bicarbonate and converting the dye bicarbonate into the dye salt of this acid with an organic acid. |
