abstract This device is of the type comprising a chamber (A) for emitting sonic vibrations, connected by a processing circuit (7) to the watertight nasal nozzle (2b) of a nebulizer (2), of a chamber (B ) generating vibrations, a suction chamber (C), a control chamber (D) supplied by a generator (4) by means of a circuit (6-6a), an accumulation tank (34), and means (43) for triggering a pilot pressure.n n n According to the invention, the chamber (D) for controlling the generation of sonic vibrations is separate from the chamber (F) for controlling the overpressure and is connected, on one side, to the source (4) of forced air and, on the other hand, to an exhaust circuit (28) comprising closing means (37) reacting to the presence of an overpressure in a branch circuit (6b) of the supply circuit (6) in forced air from the nebulizer (2), while only the chamber (F) for controlling the overpressure is connected by a circuit (12), of piloting and transfer, to the treatment circuit (7), this last chamber (F) being separated from a balancing chamber (E) by a membrane (29) ensuring the closure of a nozzle (32) connected to the reservoir (34).
