A suture tie device for suturing bodily tissue comprises at least two generally opposed leg members whose distal portions each have a tissue-engaging portion terminating at a distal end, and locking means disposed on the leg members, the locking means being selectively displaceable along the leg members in the direction toward the distal portions thereof, thereby bringing the distal ends of the leg members into engagement with one another, to form a suture loop. <IMAGE> |
