| abstract |
A method and apparatus for diagnosing at least one disease by screening and / or quantifying a target nucleic acid which is suspected to be present. The method comprises the following steps: a) the modification by sulfonation of a partially denatured sequence of the targeted nucleic acid: b) the contacting of said modified sequence of the targeted nucleic acid mentioned under (a) with at least a known nucleic acid sequence, complementary to the sequences of the targeted nucleic acid, in order to form a hybrid complex; c) bringing the hybrid complex (b) into contact with an antibody specific to said sulfonated part of said targeted nucleic acid sequence, in order to form a complex linked to antibodies. |
