titleOfInvention INTERACTIVE SYSTEM OF LOCAL INTERVENTION WITHIN A NON-HOMOGENEOUS STRUCTURE.
abstract An interactive local intervention system within an area of a non-homogeneous structure (SNH) such as a patient's skull linked to the frame of reference (R2) of an operating table, and to which is linked a reference structure comprising a plurality of base points creates on a screen a representation of the structure and of a reference structure which is linked to it, delivers the coordinates of the images of the base points in a first frame of reference (R1), allows to locate the coordinates of the base points in R2, and allows intervention with an active organ (5). Means (4) develop reference transfer tools between R1 and R2, from the coordinates of the base points in R2 and their images in R1, reducing to a minimum the differences between the coordinates of the images in R1 and base points in R1 after transfer by tools. The reference transfer tools establish a bidirectional coupling in real time between an origin and a direction of intervention simulated on the screen and the position of the active organ.
