abstract New class of 1,4-oxathiins carrying a substituted 3-imino group having a broad spectrum of fungicidal activity. The class of compounds is represented by formula (I), wherein Rn each independently represents linear or branched alkyl containing 1 to 12 carbon atoms; halogen, trihalomethyl or alkoxy containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R 'represents linear or branched alkyl containing 1 to 8 carbon atoms; G represents CH or N: and n represents 1, 0 or 2. Fungicidal compositions, methods of eliminating fungi and methods of preparing the compounds are part of the invention.
