titleOfInvention | Electromyograph with data transmission comprising no metallic conductors |
abstract | Improved electromyograph comprising a portable patient unit (1) to collect the data from by the detecting electrodes and to transmit it to a fixed base unit. This unit receives the data, processes it and transmits it to a known reading unit. The signals between the two units are exchanged in digital form via at least one of either optical fibre cable or radio communication means, which allows a wide freedom of movement to the patient and guarantees that he is electrically insulated from the mams power supply at all times. <IMAGE> |
