The invention relates to a method of producing ordered powders. This method of manufacturing ordered powders obtained from particles of different sizes belonging to at least two populations of particles of substantially homogeneous sizes comprising respectively at least one population of core particles and at least one population of daughter particles, characterized in that in a first step, a substantially homogeneous dispersion of each population is carried out in a dispersion liquid; and, in a second step, said dispersion is sprayed under suitable conditions making it possible to result in the formation of said ordered powder. This process makes it possible to obtain ordered powders which are characterized by a very regular covering of the core particles, whatever their shape, in large quantities, and at low cost. |
