abstract The invention relates to the compounds of formula (I) as well as its pharmacologically acceptable salts, in which n is between 1 and 3; R represents alkyl; R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl; R2 represents alkyl; R3 represents an alkyl, b) alkyl replaced by an aryl, a heteroaryl or a cycloalkyl, c) alkyl replaced by 1 to 8 fluorine atoms, d) cycloalkyl, e) alkenyl, f) alkyl replaced by 1 to 3 hydroxy substituents, acyloxy or alkoxy, and in which the sum of the carbon atoms present in R2 and R3 is greater than 5, where in which R2 and R3 form with the nitrogen atom a saturated heterocyclic group comprising a nitrogen atom and 4 with 8 carbon atoms or a 4-substituted piperazine group in which the 4-position substitution can be alkyl, aryl, benzyl, or heteroaryl; and X represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkyl, carbon trifluoride or a halogen, or the compounds of formula (I ') as well as its pharmacologically acceptable salts, in which n is between 1 and 3; R represents alkyl; R1 represents hydrogen or alkyl; R2 represents alkyl; R3 represents an alkyl replaced by an aryl, heteroaryl or cycloalkyl, or an alkyl replaced by 1 to 8 fluorine atoms, or 3 hydroxy, acyloxy or alkoxy substituents, and in which the sum of the carbon atoms present in R2 and R3 is greater than 5; X represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkyl, carbon trifluoride or a halogen, useful as an antiarrhythmic agent of class III.
