A device for the valorisation of slaughter residues in a continuous manner comprising in succession at least one grinding device (2), heating means (4) for treating the finely ground material, means (7) for keeping the material essentially conditioned, means (6) for cooling the material, at least one injector (9) for injecting a starter culture, and at least one container (10) for the fermentation of the material. Said device preferably also comprises a static mixing device (11) in any desired place. Further, the device is expediently of the closed type. |
