titleOfInvention MEDICINAL PRODUCT CONTAINING A HYDROPHILIC ACTIVE SUBSTANCE TREATED WITH AN ORGANIC ACID AND ENCLOSED IN A LIPOSOME.
abstract The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing a hydrophilic active compound, treated with an organic acid, so as to bring about a conjugation with the hydrophilic active compound, and encapsulated in a liposome. The invention also provides a process for obtaining this composition as well as its use by various routes. Due to the self-regulating release of the product, its clinical use is particularly advantageous, in particular in ophthalmology.
