titleOfInvention Method of preparing fibre material and the use of this method
abstract A method for processing paper pulp is proposed, in which at least two types (1, 2 ...) are produced which differ in terms of their fine material content. The starting raw material for which this process can be used already contains a certain amount of fillers or fines. In the course of the process, at least two treatment strands (I, II, ...) are implemented, one of which contains (11) process steps that selectively remove impurities, while leaving at least some of the fillers and fines in the accept. The other processing line (II), on the other hand, is designed in such a way that a noteworthy amount of fillers and fines is removed there, which are then fed through a connecting line of the type rich in fines. This process is particularly used for stock preparation in front of paper machines with multi-layer headboxes. In this case, the grade with less fine material is fed in than the layer closest to the sieve.
